great stay in a historic building
relaxing garden local restaurants
The hotel is in a quieter part of the city! it is still a short walk to all the historic sites. the hotel has a relaxing garden situated behind enclosed walls. The receptionist was friendly and knew many local restaurants.
the mattress was fairly hard, and the pillows lumpy! there were no tea or coffee facilities in the room. bottled water was not supplied though there is a vending machine in reception

The location is close to the city center but still in a quiet neighbourhood. the hotel features its own private garden. This provides a peaceful retreat after a day of sightseeing. it is also a very short walk to the main attractions.

Our room was spacious with comfortable beds. the bathroom was lovely, with modern fixtures. The room overlooked the beautiful garden! church bells woke us every morning, a good bonus.

The staff was very helpful and kind! they assisted us with registering the car for the ztl zone. They offered great recommendations for local restaurants. their knowledge made our stay more enjoyable

missing door unhelpful receptionist
The front desk staff was friendly and helpful. I appreciated their willingness to assist with directions.
The bathroom situation was not ideal. There was no door, quite cold, especially at night. the receptionist was not very helpful when I mentioned the cold room. They control the heating from reception.

many choices secure parking
The breakfast included many choices. Parking was available on site. This ensured my vehicle was secure. The building itself felt safe because it had its own grounds and gates.
The room felt a little basic. It was much more basic than the pictures suggested, but it was okay.

convenient location major sites spacious room historic ambiance
the bus stop IS only a six-minute walk away, which I found very convenient. I easily reached all major sites, due to the amazing location. Check-in was streamlined, and my room felt particularly spacious. the overall ambiance.
i did notice there WERE no coffee or tea facilities available in the room. this WAS a very minor inconvenience.

Wonderful Stay in a Quiet Location
friendly staff enjoyable garden easy access
The staff was very friendly and caring. The garden was nice and enjoyable. I spent some time relaxing there. Access to major attractions was easy, so exploring the city was straightforward.
There was no tea or coffee available in the bedroom, not even complimentary bottled water. I found this to be an inconvenience. Especially given the price I paid.

The family room featured five comfortable twin beds, meeting my family's needs effectively. A large bathroom included a convenient double sink and plenty of towels. The air conditioning worked well, and the room was dark when the blackout curtains were closed.
